How to View the Student's Jobs
|

Step 1
Click on the Jobs tab on the left side of the screen to view all the jobs that student has held in your department. Only jobs in your department will appear in this jobs tree, according to your security access. The jobs tree is divided into currently active jobs and "other" jobs - jobs that have been terminated or are on an employment leave for some reason.
Step 2
Click on the "o" symbols next to the folders to open up the tree. You will see department(s), job title(s), and finally basic job details: Record #, Position #, Pay Rep Group, and Time Collection Method. The Kronos Home Job is also displayed here.
Step 3
Click on a particular job title or any detail line in the job tree to view employment history such as hire date, and the dates for payrate and labor distribution changes. This information will be displayed on the Job Data panel on the right hand side of the screen.

| NOTE: If a student is eligible for employment, you will see a "HIRE" button at the bottom of the Jobs panel. After you click on a specific job title you will also see the "Add Action" button at the bottom right of the Job Data panel.

To view specific job data (such as wage and account numbers) for a specific date, double click on that row on the Jobs Data panel. Double clicking a specific row will provide a "view only" screen allowing you to review job details. To make changes to a specific job, see the section "The Add Action" later in this Guided Tour.
